Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the second floor of the Veranda Subdivision (no elevator), situated about 0.5 miles from the Stoneybrook Country Club--an easy walking distance to the club, main swimming pool, hard-true tennis courts, and golf club. The condo is located on the 7th hole of the golf course, and there are two lanais for morning and afternoon sun. The Veranda units have their own on-site swimming pool and tennis court. Our condo has a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, relatively new living room furniture and new wall hangings. All of the
rooms have been freshly painted. There is a 50 inch TV in the living room and a 32inch Roku TV in the master bedroom. Free wi-fi is availablr for our renters. The master bedroom has 2 large walk-in closets, and the master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The condo also has a one-car garage with remote door opener. The garage has some storage, and guests may use our beach chairs, beach umbrella, and blow-up water floats.
OUR GOLF MEMBERSHIP IS TRANSFERABLE.
Our condo has been rented already for March, April, and the first 2 weeks of 2025---so it is not available for those particular months. In 2024 our condo is unexpectedly available for rental the 3rd week of April. Contact Maureen Plichta for more information.
