The condo is fully furnished; just bring your suitcase and toothbrush! This 2 bedroom/2 bath with a vaulted ceiling gives it an open, airy feeling. Comfy furniture and a well-supplied kitchen make it perfect for relaxing alone or entertaining. A 65-inch flat-screen TV in the living room is connected to high-speed internet, providing access to DirecTV TV and various streaming services. A washer and dryer are available for use in the unit. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, and the secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds. The screened-in back lanai has a quiet and peaceful view of the nature preserve. You get views of different wildlife! Guests are welcome to use beach furniture, pool floats, tennis raquets(4) and balls, pickle ball paddles(2) and balls in our storage room connected to the carport, which has 1 spot available for a car. The Social membership is transferable. We do not have a golf membership, but the course is available to the public. A cleaning fee will be added if you choose to have it cleaned by our cleaning company. A security fee of $500 is required upon booking. No smoking and no pets.
