The Carlton unit is furnished in Florida style and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with vaulted ceilings that give it an airy feeling. Comfy furniture with a well supplied kitchen make it perfect for relaxing alone or entertaining. Two flat screen TVs are connected to high speed internet. A separate laundry room offers a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the secondary bedroom has two queen size beds. The screened back lanai has a private and peaceful view of the nature preserve (nothing like watching birds with a morning cup of coffee or tea). Guests are welcome to use our bikes and beach furniture. The Golf membership is transferable at the guest’s expense. Applicable taxes and cleaning fee will be added to the monthly fee.
